Context
The pharmaceutical cooperative COFARES, leader in the distribution of medicines in Spain, required the design and development of an online training course on Merchandising in Pharmacies. The initial premise was to transfer to its entire network of distributors the importance of applying techniques, actions and tools to improve the user experience during their visit to the pharmacy and thus maximize the POS.
The project
Based on the content offered by the client, we carried out a pedagogical study of the content, finally proposing a division of the same in small modules that favored an agile learning pace. Rich text screens include other graphic resources such as:
- Weather person type videos for introductions and to reflect greater closeness and warmth to the course.
- Motion graphics videos, very useful when explaining concepts thanks to their visual richness.
- Clickable images and cards to expand information on specific elements.
- Key ideas and interactive exercises to reinforce the acquired knowledge.
In addition, to ensure that all elements have been visualized and understood, the progression of the course has been done sequentially and with mandatory interaction. Lastly, the final test serves as an evaluation element to confirm that everything that has been explained has been understood and assimilated.
Results
More than 11,000 employees from the entire COFARES network have been able to take this training course, which lasts no more than an hour and will enable pharmacy employees to optimize the point of sale, increase the attraction of new customers and create a satisfactory buying experience that translates into an increase in sales.
