British American Tobacco Spain launches BAT Staff Academy, the platform based on Alejandría, through which they aim to offer gamified, entertaining and fun training to all staff (nationwide) working in tobacconists.
The outstanding feature of the platform is the graphic map that represents the BAT City in which the user passes through points illustrating the history and culture of the sector with the result that they acquire greater knowledge of British American Tobacco products.
In addition, the platform includes regular raffles and prizes that are won by the different people who complete various activities on the platform.
It also has a news section in which news from both the company and the sector is presented.
